The Dropple Alerts program
Dropple, a product of VitaLinkSoftware L.L.C., sends text messages on behalf of the shops that sell on Dropple. Every message names the shop it is about. Messages include:
- Drop alerts (if you opt in): when a shop you follow opens a drop, and a reminder before it closes.
- Order messages (for orders you place): order confirmations, pickup reminders and updates about your order.
- Verification codes: a one-time code to confirm your mobile number at checkout or sign-in.
- Dropple updates (if you opt in on dropple.cc): news about Dropple and new drops.
How you opt in
You opt in to drop alerts by entering your mobile number on a shop's storefront and checking an unchecked consent box next to this disclosure:
Consent to marketing texts is never required to place an order. You opt in to Dropple updates using the form on our home page.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by shop and by how often you order. Drop alerts are typically a few messages per month for each shop you follow.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Dropple does not charge for text messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that program. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also email contact@dropple.cc to opt out. To opt back in, reply START or sign up again.

Other terms
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile number.
- We will not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
